The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the rear building at Uhlandstrasse 42-44 and consists of 4 rooms that are rented individually, kitchen, hallway, toilet with sink and shower. The apartment is fully equipped, the rooms are furnished, the kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, fitted kitchen and washing machine. There are also cooking equipment such as plates, pots, cups and cutlery. The common areas are cleaned every two weeks. GEZ/Internet is included in the rent. Bed linen, covers and towels are not provided Minimum term is 3 months The notice period is 3 months to the end of the month. The apartment is in close proximity to the Main and offers quick access to the city center and Konstablerwache. Numerous cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities are easily accessible and make this residential area particularly sought after. The connection to public transport is also optimal. For further relaxation and activities, the Osthafenpark is easily accessible on foot and is right next to the ECB....
